Lecture with Nils Villemoes

Did you know that the best performing companies are companies that are fun to work for? For this reason, at Nilfisk FOOD we prioritize big and small events that create that little spark of joy in our day to day work.

Recently our R&D team with Anne Marie T. Kristensen  in charge has organized an entertaining lecture evening with Nils Villemoes – expert in leadership, development, and strategy.
We’ve learned a lot from this lecture…but the most important lesson is that having fun and a desire to do your job are two important factors contributing to the best performance of the employees and the whole company.
