Hybrid 7 Mainstation: Best-in-Class Automation
The Hybrid 7 Mainstation is a top-of-the-line, fully automated cleaning solution tailored specifically for the F&B and OEM sectors. It offers advanced features for optimal performance and is designed for easy maintenance, with numerous smart and simplified functionalities. Its modular design ensures seamless integration, as the same components are used across the entire product range.

Customizable Foamatic Units for Versatile Cleaning
Hybrid 7 Foamatic units can be easily customized to suit specific cleaning tasks. The standard unit includes a 300-liter injector, with other sizes available to meet different needs. The unit features 16 input/output connections, expandable to a maximum of 48 I/Os, ensuring adaptability for a wide range of operations.

Nozzle bars are to be carefully selected so it’s size and amount will match the cleaning equipment’s capacity and the design of the cleaning zone. Perfect match will result in the best foam quality and the best technically possible cleaning and hygienic results.

Science-based advancements allowed us to test and introduce new polymeric materials, that significantly reduces scaling on injectors and chemical non return valves, and are optimized for corrosion. The Hybrid 7 inverter is 100% optimized for connectivity.

MODULARITY

Hybrid 7 Inverter, Multicontroller, and block used on this Mainstations, is also used across all Nilfisk FOOD portfolio making the service easier, faster and cost effective. With the new Hybrid 7 inverter, you can run one worldwide model/voltage 380 to 528 Vac 50/60Hz.

CONNECTIVITY

Advancement on electronics like Inverter, Multicontroller and Display, gives you an overview in the Hybrid 7 app of all cleaning machines operating worldwide at your company. You can also collect information on energy consumption, water temperature and cleaning time.

REMOTE SUPPORT

Remote support function, allow technicians to connect directly to your equipment, help troubleshoot, solve problems quickly and minimize equipment downtime.

SUSTAINABILITY

Hybrid 7 inverters save approx. 70% of energy, especially when the equipment is in standby mode. Moreover, you can save approx. 47% of water and 46% of detergent, and the cleaning will be done approx. 55% faster, so you also can extend your uptime.
